Dubec vantage point offers magnificent views of Kvarner Bay, Omišalj Cove, the hotels on the coast, summer houses built in the period between the two World Wars, the island of Cres, the Istrian coast, the Alps and Velebit Massif in the distance, and Dubec Park beneath. 

Dubec water tower was part of a complex with a reservoir and pumping station beneath it.
