dishes of the gastronomic heritage of the island, such as bull's testicles,
tripe, pork and chicken legs, chicken necks... What this festival offers is
more than just a dispute about tastes and flavors, but this makes Omišalj
lively, which in itself is a sufficient reason to visit it throughout the year,
so even in the winter, when its squares and labyrinths of narrow streets revive
carnival masks "Babani" after which Omišalj is widely known for.
